Delete Your CasaKeeper Account
CasaKeeper allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what data is deleted, and what information may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your CasaKeeper account using either of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
- 1.Open the CasaKeeper app
- 2.Go to Settings
- 3.Tap "Delete Account"
- 4.Confirm your deletion request
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email request to:
contact@axionguides.comPlease send your request from the email address associated with your CasaKeeper account, or include that email in your message. This helps us verify ownership of the account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, CasaKeeper will permanently delete your associated personal and app data, including:
- •Account information such as email address and user ID
- •Stored documents including PDFs, receipts, and uploaded files
- •Home maintenance records, reminders, and saved home-related information
- •Associated cloud data connected to your account
Data That May Be Retained
Some limited information may be retained when necessary for:
- •Legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- •Fraud prevention or abuse prevention
- •Financial or transaction recordkeeping if required by law
Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
Processing Time
→Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days
→Once completed, the account cannot be recovered
Important: Please download any documents or information you want to keep before submitting a deletion request. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
